Refunds and Exchanges


We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or a refund

Just email us or message us on the website chatbox 

1. Items to be returned must be in brand new condition in its original packaging
2. Items not in the original packaging will have a handling charge.
3. Returns / Refunds must be within 7 days of purchase, after 30 days only a store credit will be accepted.
4. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the full responsibility of the customer. 
5. Delivery charges are not refundable
6. Sales and clearance items are non refundable however, they can only be exchanged if in stock.
